Site work for a water / sewer project in Manning, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Dunn County Commission, (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: City of Manning Water System Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: The scope of WORK generally consists of furnishing and installing approximately 7,100 of 4" through 2" ASTM D2241 PVC gasketed joint pipe, 1,370 feet of 1" HDPE poly pipe, 49 services, road crossings; connections to existing pipelines and service lines, and other related appurtenances. The project also includes installation of drainage system. The Owner has procured the necessary materials for the drainage system. Installation includes providing any necessary bedding materials. A mandatory pre-bid conference will not be held. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing a copy of a current and valid North Dakota Contractor's License issued at least ten (10) days prior to Bid opening, and a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid, executed by the Bidder as Principal and by a Surety, conditioned that if the Principal's Bid is accepted and the Contract awarded to Principal, the Principal, within ten (10) days after notice of award, shall execute a Contract in accordance with the terms of the Bid and a Contractor's Bond as required by law and regulations and determinations of the Southwest Water Authority. Bidders shall submit proof of qualification to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Project has a Substantial Completion date of November 1, 2026. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $1,200,000 - $1,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
