Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dacono, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
WCR 8 Paving Contractor shall furnish, except as may otherwise be provided in writing, all labor, services, materials, tools, and equipment for the construction and completion of the Work proposed to be done under this Contract. Contractor will construct and complete the Work in a thorough and workmanlike manner in every respect to the satisfaction and approval of the City, within the time specified herein and in strict accordance with the contract documents, including without limitation the following documents: this Contract and any Exhibits and Addenda; any modifications, change orders, field orders, or other similar revisions properly authorized after the execution of this Contract; Contractor's bid. All of the said documents are hereby made a part of this Contract and form the contract documents as fully as if the same were set forth at length herein. This project generally consists of: o Approximately 1 mile of 6" asphalt paving and aggregate base course shouldering QUESTIONS shall be accepted until 5:00 P.M. Local Time on January 14, 2026
