(Parsons) is requesting competitive bids for Surface Care and Maintenance for the purpose of selecting the best value firm to provide all services associated with this solicitation for Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The Request for Proposal (RFP) price must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work outlined in this Surface Care and Maintenance solicitation and according to the attachments defined in this document. Please note that there will be no deviation to the specifications contemplated and no alternate bids will be accepted.
