Site work for a civil project in Aklavik, Northwest Territories. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

This tender is for the City of Yellowknife’s Annual Paving Program. The Annual Paving Program features upgrades, repairs and surface rehabilitation to maintain City Streets to an acceptable level of repair. In general, work under the contract includes subbase preparation, asphalt reinstatement, concrete installation, storm drainage installations and improvements, pedestrian infrastructure improvements and streetlighting upgrades. Streets scheduled to be paved under the 2026 Paving Program Include: 49A Avenue & 41A Street, following Water and Sewer upgrades on these streets completed in 2025 Matonabee Lane (alley between the Avens Pavilion and Matonabee Street) Dagenais Drive and Range Lake Road intersection pedestrian crosswalk Hall Crescent, storm drainage improvements and regrading. Proponents are advised to pay particular attention to the City Of Yellowknife’s General conditions as they were revised in January 2026.
