**As of February 2, 2026 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Work involves installing cover board over the entire roof area, applying a roofing membrane over the cover board, applying the membrane over the curb and back side of the walls, installing skirt flashing at various locations, sealing, and associated appurtenance to ensure that the roof system properly functions, being weather proof and wind rated that prevents moisture and precipitation from entering the City of North Las Vegas Justice Facility - Municipal Court, located at 2332 Las Vegas Blvd. North, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (in the form of, at Bidder's option, a Cashier's check, Certified Check, Money Order, or Bid Bond in favor of the City) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid amount, pledging that the Bidder will, within fifteen (15) calendar days after receipt of the Notice of Award, enter into a Contract with the City on the terms stated in the Bid and will furnish insurance forms and bonds for the faithful performance of the Contractor and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder. Bonds issued by an individual surety are not acceptable to the City. Should the Bidder refuse to enter into such Contract or fail to furnish such bonds, the amount of the Bid security may be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages, not as penalty. All checks and money orders must indicate the Payee as "City of North Las Vegas" and reflect the Bid number. Failure to enclose the Bid Security with the sealed Bid Proposal shall be cause for rejection of that Bid without consideration. The Work shall be completed 90 consecutive calendar days from the date specified in the Notice-to- Proceed, which time shall include resolution of all punch list items, final cleanup and demobilization. The City reserves the right to request copies of any or all documents that the successful Bidder may have with any supplier(s) or service provider(s). Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. Guarantee Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. The Guarantee Bond will go into effect when the Project is accepted by the City Council The estimated construction cost ranges from $400,000 to $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
