Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System requires construction services to convert existing administrative spaces within the Outpatient Surgery Department into standardized general-purpose exam rooms. The work includes reconfiguring current underutilized and oversized rooms into properly designed clinical spaces, installing the plumbing fixtures and exam lighting necessary for podiatry, orthopedic, vascular, ENT, and other outpatient surgical services, and modifying interior layouts to support increased patient volume. The project is needed to expand exam space capacity and ensure clinicians have appropriately equipped rooms to provide care for the growing veteran population. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 90 calendar days. Questions and/or Requests For Information (RFI) must be submitted using the RFI form attachment and are due No Later Than (NLT) 03-03-2026 at 14:00 P.M. PST. to the Contract Specialist, Christopher Whipple, by email at christopher.whipple@va.gov, and Cc: daniel.jhun@va.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Request No - 593-26-2-5905-0008 magnitude of construction projects between $100,000 to $250,000.
