Sealed bids will be received for the West Wing Boiler Replacement(s) at Yalobusha General Hospital and Nursing Home. Plans and specifications are available and must be obtained from the specified plan provider. Proposals must be submitted on provided bid forms and may be submitted in person or electronically under the project name. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be accepted. The bidder's Certificate of Responsibility Number must appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, plainly marked for the project. Each bid must include a bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid as security. A Payment and Performance Bond and Builders Risk Insurance for 100% of the contract price are required for the successful bidder. All eligible Section 3 businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, best, and acceptable bidder, with the right reserved to waive informality or reject any and all bids.
