Reference Number NB-0616037-26 SCOPE The work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment required to provide the preventative maintenance, inspection and testing of life safety systems as outlined in these specifications for the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DTI) buildings, referred hereto as the Department and listed in Appendix A. The contract shall be for a two (2) year term, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2028, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms upon written agreement of both parties.
