Reference Number NB-RFQ-3879-25 This Request for Qualifications (the "RFQ") is an invitation by New Brunswick Highway Corporation ("NBHC") to prospective Respondents to submit their qualifications to provide operation, maintenance and selected rehabilitation services (the "OMR Services") on the Fredericton-Moncton Highway (the "Highway") in the Province of New Brunswick. NBHC is seeking to prequalify Respondents for an invitational second phase request for proposals ("RFP") for the performance of the OMR Services for a period of approximately 30 years commencing in January 2028.
