Description

Renovation of a hospitality development in Carrollton, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

This project consists of the replacement of the building automation systems (BAS) and controls, and additional specific heating and cooling equipment replacement scope. Main lodge building: The main BAS panel, unitary temperature control panels (TCCPs), and specified controls for existing and new equipment will be replaced. Replace water source heat pump where specified. Other HVAC equipment is to remain. Conference Center: The main BAS panel, unitary temperature control panels (TCCPs), and specified controls for existing and new equipment will be replaced. Replace gas furnaces and condensing units where specified. Other HVAC equipment is to remain. Guest rooms: The replacement of existing PTAC controls with new wireless thermostats that are integrated into the Lodge Building's BAS panel. Existing PTACs and ceiling mounted exhaust fans in all guest rooms are to remain. Ceiling mounted exhaust fans will not be integrated into the BAS.
