Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Appleton, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility.
The scope of work is for the Grand Chute New DPW Building. Bids must be submitted on company letterhead with a completed Bid Form, with all blanks filled in colored ink where writing or typing is required. If any portion of the work is to be outsourced or contracted, it must be clearly stated on company letterhead, and all associated costs must be all-inclusive, itemized, and include the names and descriptions of the organizations being contracted. Bid security in the amount of five percent is required, and bids must be irrevocable for forty-five days after submittal. Bidders are required to submit an executed qualifying statement not later than ten working days prior to the bid submission date. Additional details and requirements for the procurement process are provided and bidders are directed to reference the instructions for more information. Bidding documents may be obtained digitally, and hard copies can be purchased. Bidding documents will not be issued directly to subcontractors and only full sets are available. Examination of the project site and pre-bid meetings are arranged and attendance is not mandatory.
