Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the supply and installation of a multi-use court, tennis court, playground, swing set area, spray pad, pedestrian pathways, pathway lighting, and Site furnishings and consists of approximately: a) 1,300 square metres of asphalt walkways. b) 1,130 square metres of asphalt multi-use and tennis court installation. c) 122 linear metres of concrete curb installation. d) Demolitions of existing spray pad, playground areas, and hard surfacing, lighting, and servicing. e) Site protection including, but not limited to, 1.8m modular fencing, tree hoarding, silt fence, silt sacks, and access gates. f) Supply and installation of concrete spray pad, complete with water servicing, stormwater servicing, dechloramination tablet feeder, electrical servicing, control vault and spray elements. g) Supply and installation of multi-use court, complete with asphalt surfacing, line painting, basketball goal assemblies, and fence. h) Supply and installation of tennis court, complete with asphalt surfacing, line painting, fence, double gate, and single gate. i) Supply and installation of playground and swing areas, complete with safety surfacing, drainage, and play equipment. j) Supply and installation of concrete plaza area around existing building, concrete seating area, concrete wall and pads for benches. k) Tree and ornamental grass planting and sodding. l) Supply and installation of site furnishings: custom benches (x3) and umbrella group tables (x2). m) Supply and installation of line painted game areas (hopscotch, trainer mirror me and nine-square).
