This Request for Proposals is an invitation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Medical Gas System Maintenance and Repair Services. The services include semi-annual and annual inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of medical gas, medical vacuum, and medical-surgical air systems, including master alarm panels and all area alarms, in full compliance with Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Z7396.1-17, Clause 15 (Maintenance) and all applicable regulatory and safety standards. The objective is to ensure continued system reliability, patient safety, compliance with CSA and local authority requirements, and early detection of system deterioration or failure. The proponent shall be available on a 24/7/365 basis for all emergency repair services. Proposals must be submitted through the designated online procurement portal.
