Sealed bids are sought for Refuse Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services Contracts for Grundy House, Quakertown and Shadywood Village of the Bucks County Housing Authority for a two-year period. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked specifying the Bid for Refuse Collection and Disposal and Recycling Services Contracts, and must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a certified check, bid bond, or cash in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid submitted per project, with separate checks or bonds for each project. The retention of the certified checks, bid bonds, or cash will follow the provisions defined in the Instructions to Bidders in the Contract Documents. No bids may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after opening. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive requirements as deemed in its best interest and as permitted by law. The projects involved are Grundy House, Quakertown, PA, and Shadywood Village, Perkasie, PA.
