Renovation of an educational facility in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
As of March 3, 2026 the project has been awarded. Sealed bids are being solicited for the 6th Grade Center Chiller Replacement Project in the form of a single prime lump sum contract. Bids must be submitted to the District Facilities Building at 311 S. Ninth Street, Quakertown, PA 18951. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the same location, where a representative of the Project Engineer will provide project details. Non-attendees will not be permitted to bid. Electronic contract documents may be obtained in PDF format upon request, with bidders required to supply the contract name, company name, contact person, address, phone and fax numbers, and email address. Bids must conform to all requirements set forth in the bid documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive technicalities as deemed best to protect its interest.
