Demolition and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Juno Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves the renovation of the Pelican Lake Gazebo located at 340 Ocean Drive in Juno Beach. The work includes, but is not limited to, demolishing, removing, and replacing the wood deck structure, as well as installing new sub-structure and composite decking. Measures to repair deterioration on the piles are required, including installing collar footers and Sikagrout328 according to engineered drawings by Archetype Engineering & Architecture. Interested firms are to submit one original copy of their bid in a sealed envelope marked "Pelican Lake Gazebo Renovation" to the Town of Juno Beach. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the scheduled closing date except as otherwise provided in the instructions and terms. The Town of Juno Beach reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and to re-advertise. The award, if made, will go to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as determined by the Town.
