Below is a brief description of each category. The Consultant will provide guidance on the design, implementation, and communication of its Equity Assessment (referred to herein as "Equity Assessment" or "Assessment"). Equity Assessments, sometimes called "equity audits" or "climate assessments," involve collecting and analyzing information, usually through multiple data-gathering processes, in order to determine the extent to which a school, college, program or other entity is equitable to each member of its community. Any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP shall be for a base contract period of one (1) year. The City may, in its sole discretion, elect to extend the Agreement for up to one (1) additional year. The City reserves the right to award a separate contract for each category or multiple categories on a single contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
