The project consists of roof replacement with a modified bitumen roof system, roof related MEP items, targeted masonry repairs, access ladder replacement, new gutters, downspouts and scuppers, existing roof mounted lighting to be replaced with new and related interior finishes. The work includes interior demolition associated with work below the roof where repairs are needed above and below. Trades included but not limited to, selective demolition, asbestos abatement interior & exteriors, maintenance of concrete, misc. CIP, metal ladders, finish carpentry, architectural wood casework, cold & hot applied modified bituminous membrane roofing, insulation, firestopping, joint sealants, D/F/H, access doors & panels, automatic door operators, plaster patching, drywall, tiling, acoustical ceilings, fluid applied flooring, painting, plastic toilet compartments, toilet, bath & laundry accessories, plumbing, HVAC, & Electrical.
