A Section 84 State/County privilege license and all other required license(s). B. Proof of Insurance containing additional coverage for the Shelby County Commission, its successors, or assigns. The entire project shall be completed in 20 working days. A Cashier's Check (Drawn on an Alabama Bank) or Bid Bond for 5% of the Amount Bid (Maximum Amount - $10,000.00) and Made Payable to the Shelby County Commission Must Accompany Each Bid as Evidence of Good Faith. The Shelby County Commission reserves the right to award this Contract for each item if in the best interest of the Shelby County Commission. Upon awarding of this Contract and bid, the Shelby County Commission reserves the sole right to end said Contract at its sole discretion.
