Liberty Road Bridge Replacement Over North Fork of Yellowleaf Creek in Chelsea, Al The Bracket Estimate on This Project is From $900,000 to $1,000,000. This Bracket Range is Shown Only to Provide General Financial Information to Contractors and Bond-ing Companies Concerning the Project's Complexity and Size. This Bracket Should Not Be Used in Preparing a Bid. Nor Will This Bracket Have Any Bearing on the Decision to Award the Contract. An Overview of Pay Items Includes: Clearing and Grubbing Removal of Old Bridge Unclassified & Borrow Excavation Bituminous Concrete Wearing Surface, Upper & Lower Binder Layers Steel Piling Precast Bridge Items (Abutment & Bent Caps, Deck Spans and Abutment Panels) Guardrail & End Anchors Various Erosion Control Items Traffic Striping & Pavement Markers Various Traffic Control Items Requests for Information Shall Be Accepted From Bidders Until Monday, February 2. 2026 at 2:00 P.m. Bidders With Questions May Sub-mit Them via Email, Tele-phone, or in Person at the Office of the County Engineer Prequalification is Not Required on This Proj-ect. Further Details and Definitions Regarding This Provision Are included in Section 102 of Special Provision 22-lpa-001 and Aldot's Standard Specifications. Proof of Insurance Coverages of the Types and Amounts as Set Forth in the Project Specifica-tions Will Be Required of the Contractor, and Any and All Subcontrac-tors, Prior to Beginning Work. The Contractor Will Be Required to Per-form Work Amounting to at Least 30% of the Total Contract Cost With His Own Organization. This is a County-funded Project. The Proposed Work Shall Be Per-formed in Conformity With All Applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations. The Right to Reject Any or All Bids is Reserved. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
