This Sources Sought is issued SOLELY for information and planning purposes NEXCOM supports the Navy community's quality of life through worldwide retail stores, services, and hospitality operations. It manages projects at global locations, including both CONUS and OCONUS installations. These Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) projects are not funded by congressional appropriations and typically involve retail, lodging, food services, and support facilities. NEXCOM seeks qualified and interested construction companies to perform construction work, including incidental tasks related to design, for the construction and repair of real property at NEXCOM locations worldwide.
