Demolition and renovation of a water / sewer project in Corner Brook, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 0-square-foot, 0-story below grade water / sewer project.
Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 8 addendum issued for this project. ** The work will consist of but will not necessarily be limited to the following: Demolition and removal of all items as identified to be repaired as indicated or as required to complete the work. Repair damaged pipe piles with the design, supply and installation of a new pile encasement jacket wrap or other engineered solution in all areas as indicated. Contractor shall present methodology outlining how they plan to perform the work to Owner's Representative for review and approval before the start of work. Methodology shall bear the stamp of a professional engineer registered to practice in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.
