Removal and dismantling of four Shepard Niles 5-ton wall cranes and three jib cranes, including all labor, equipment, and materials required to perform demolition in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. Work includes full compliance with DFARS 252.204-7021 and 252.204-7025 Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 1 requirements at the time of offer and throughout contract performance. The requirement covers a base period of performance from 09 February 2026 to 07 August 2026. A site visit is scheduled at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, with participation coordinated through the listed points of contact. Additional updates revise technical rating description language, extend due dates, incorporate Code 410 crane requirements, and provide vendor Q&A for reference. All questions regarding solicitation N32253-26-Q-0019 shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. Questions are due Friday, 01/09/2026 0530 HST.
