Bidders shall promptly notify MJ Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Land Surveying, P.C. of any errors, omissions, conflicts or ambiguity within the Contract Documents within 14 days of bid opening. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to: This project includes the reconstruction of Craig Street from Forest Road to Albany Street, reconstruction of existing sidewalks, installation of a cycle track / multi-use path, traffic signal replacements and upgrades, drainage upgrades, lighting and ITS installations, landscaping, signing and striping, bridge deck modifications, and bridge rehabilitation General Scope of Work - Contractor: o On-site Work Zone Traffic Control (WZTC) during construction within 500 ft. of project, each end or to the limits required by WZTC standards. o Survey and layout of items in Contract o Full depth pavement reconstruction o Installation of ADA compliant cycle track, multi-use path, sidewalks, ramps, and crosswalks o New curb installation o Pavement striping o Pavement milling and overlay o Restoration of utilities o Lighting and electrical installation o Traffic signal replacements and improvements o Drainage installation and modifications o Landscaping o Guide railing and bridge barrier installation o Bridge deck modifications o Bridge superstructure and substructure rehabilitation There are no DBE goals for this project. There are no MBE/WBE/SDVOB goals for this project. The EEO Employment goals for this project are: 3.2% Minority Goal, 6.9% Women Goal
