A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, use of Contractor's equipment, plant, and all else necessary to properly construct the project generally designated as CORNHUSKER CREEK ADA RAMPS AND SID SIDEWALKS. The work consists of the construction or other effectuation of the following items and related preparatory and subsidiary work: Mobilization/Demobilization; Construct 5" PCC Sidewalk; Construct 6" PCC Multi-Use Trail; Install Rolled Erosion Control, Type 1 with Seeding - Type A; Construct PCC Curb Ramp; Subgrade Preparation; Construct Detectable Warning Panel; Remove and Replace Curb and Gutter, if necessary; Construct 7" Imprinted PCC Surface. The engineer's estimate for all improvements is $190,000.00. All work must be performed in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Thompson, Dreessen & Dorner, Inc., Engineers for the District. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form and must be accompanied in a separate sealed envelope by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $9,500.00 as evidence of good faith. The successful bidder must enter into contract within ten days after Notice of Award and furnish acceptable bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid price. No bidder may withdraw their proposal for thirty days after the bid opening. Bids will only be accepted from those listed on the plan holders lists kept at the Engineer's office and the offices of Standard Digital Imaging/StandardSHARE. The District reserves the right to waive formalities and to reject any or all bids.
