Note : A non-mandatory site visit has been arranged for potential bidders on the morning of January 22, 2026. This will provide an opportunity for bidders to view the existing conditions at both sites of the Work. Those interested in attending are asked to meet at the Town of Gander Reservoir Pump Station prior to 9:30 AM local time. The driveway to this Pump Station is on Bell Place which is off Elizabeth Drive. Immediately following the viewing at this location, bidders will then travel to the Lake Pumphouse site off of the Trans-Canada Highway. It is anticipated that the Lake Pumphouse site visit will be completed by 11:30 AM
