Renovation of an educational facility in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Furnish all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for the completion of electrical panel upgrades at Wichita East High School. Responses to the request for bid must be submitted online through the Oracle Cloud procurement system. If you are a new supplier for the district, you may register for an account using the provided district link. USD 259 reserves the right to select and recommend for award the equipment or service that best meets its required needs, quality levels, and budget constraints. Prices quoted must be fixed and firm for the contract period. Work should begin following receipt of the Owner's Notice to Proceed and must be completed on or before July 31, 2026. A full project construction schedule must be submitted 14 days after the Notice to Proceed is issued, with updates to be provided with monthly payment applications. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid walk-through is required. All bid specification and drawing questions must be submitted through the Oracle Cloud Message Option, and all questions and answers will be posted in the form of an addendum within 24 hours of bid closing.
