Sealed proposals are requested for Sedgwick County Project 2026 Crack Sealing (R175-H), which involves crack sealing on selected roads in Sedgwick County, Kansas, covering approximately 69.4 miles. Physical bid responses must be sealed, marked with the firm's name, address, RFB number, and bid opening date on the envelope, and must contain one original and one copy of the bid document and any supplementary materials. Bids may also be sent via email with the RFB number in the subject line, ensuring each project bid is sent in a separate email. All bids must be received before the specified time and date to be considered responsive, and late responses will not be accepted. Bids must include a certified or cashier's check, or a bid bond from a Surety licensed in Kansas, in an amount of at least five percent of the proposal, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and provide required bonds if awarded the contract. Contract documents are available electronically and may be downloaded from the specified website. Company information will be collected to generate a plan holder list. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities.
