Project no-W50S7X26BA002 Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to upgrade the B16 Generator PLC. Work includes inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing generator PLC controls to restore them to original installation parameters. The contractor shall verify restored PLC generator set operations and communication and perform functional checks of generator operations in standalone and parallel modes. An optional line item includes installing a Hot Switch Bypass to eliminate single points of failure and allow the current HMI to communicate all operations to each individual generator's PLCs. The prime contractor must subcontract with 3E Company (Electrical Engineering and Equipment Co.), the designated OEM regional representative of Kohler. The contract performance period is 60 calendar days after notice to proceed, including inspection and punch-list completion.
