Renovation of an educational facility in O Fallon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Scope includes replacement of all shingle roofs and select EPDM roofs. Bids will be based on a single lump-sum General Construction Contract. Bids shall include not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. Bids shall be submitted with a bid security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a contract for any part of the work or the project as a whole. It is recommended that all bidders visit the site prior to bidding. Contract documents may be obtained electronically from the office of FGM Architects or purchased in paper form at Snow Printing. Contractors may obtain two copies of contract documents. Additional shipping and handling charges for physical copies are non-refundable.
