Demolition and site work for a residential development in O Fallon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the demolition of all buildings, masonry burn pit/BBQ pit, trees and foliage, retired private utility poles, rubbish, garbage, vehicle and trailer removal, and existing non-city sidewalks at 407 E. First Street. The scope also includes the removal or proper disposal of all wells, septic systems, and cisterns on site, with sanitary sewer lines capped as required or directed. All excavation locations must be properly backfilled and seeded. All residential structures and any resultant demolition materials, as well as other materials or structures on the site, are to be removed or disposed of properly. All laborers, operators, teamsters, masons, plumbers, and any workers on the project must be paid no less than the prevailing wage as determined by Illinois Prevailing Wage standards. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
