**As of January 27,2026, “The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established.” To provide construction administration and management services during all elements of the Quincy Municipal Airport Lighting System, PAPI & Windcone Project. Professional services anticipated include Contract Administration and Construction Observation. Proposals should include qualifications of key personnel, relevant experience as demonstrated on previous projects, previous performance and familiarity with the Port, and experience with funding agencies. Submit proposals (and Statement of Qualifications, if not on file) electronically. No public bid opening will be held. Proposals are solicited in accordance with RCW 39.80.
