The Purpose of This Project is to Surface Approximately 0.43 Mile of Hilburn Point Road in the City of Altus in Franklin County and to Overlay Approximately 1.07 Miles of Various City Sreets in the City of Clarksville in Johnson County. This Project Consists of Aggregate Base Course, Achm Surface Course, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, and Misc Items. Length: 1.50 miles in length.
