The Purpose of This Project is to Overlay Approximately 0.75 Mile of Various City Streets in the City of Gould and Approximately 1.49 Miles of Various City Streets in the City of Star City, Both Located in Lincoln County, and to Overlay and Surface Approximately 0.76 Mile of Various City Streets in the City Of Winchester Located in Drew County. This Project Consists of Aggregate Base Course, Achm Surface, Achm Patching of Existing Roadway, Maintenance of Traffic, and Misc. Items. Length: 3.00 miles in length.
