The Purpose of This Project is to Scrub Seal and Microsurface Approximately 4.33 Miles of County Road 86 in Faulkner County. This Project Consists of Mineral Aggregate in Asphalt Surface Treatment, Scrub Seal, Microsurfacing, Achm Surface Course, Achm Patching, Pavement Marking, Maintenance of Traffic And Misc. Items.
