Miscellaneous Facilities upgrade Phase 9 Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Master Services Agreement (MSA) The purpose of the Miscellaneous Facilities Upgrade contract is to support both the Department of Wastewater Treatment (DWT) and the Department of Pumping and Sewer Operations (DPSO) in responding to emergency or urgent vertical facilities (e.g., water and sewer pumping stations, stormwater pumping stations, and Blue Plains) needs to sustain facility operations. Contract Term 5 Year Base Term with 2 One-Year Options Question Deadline 1/16/26 2:00 PM All inquiries, questions, communications (verbal or written), and RFI's regarding this RFP must be submitted via the messages function of this solicitation. DC Water reserves the right to reject any Proposal received after the time specified for receipt. Technical difficulties, lack of resources, and traffic are not acceptable causes for late submissions.
