The Town of Dryden is requesting quotations from fully licensed and insured contractors to provide fiber optic broadband construction in multi-dwelling units within the Town of Dryden on an as-needed basis. The contract is intended to secure skilled fiber optic construction contractors on a unit cost basis, with the unit cost including labor, material, and equipment costs for various multi-dwelling unit installations within the Town of Dryden. The contract will be used by the Town on an as-needed basis. CR#: 2129980 The contract shall be awarded for a term of one (1) year with an option to renew for an additional Four (4) years, which will be in one (1) year intervals and renewed upon mutual consent. The Town reserves the right to reject any request for price increase deemed excessive.
