The project is expected to be awarded by the end of the month** Approximately 2,200 linear feet of sanitary sewer main replacement, 33,000 square feet of asphalt trench patching, 85 sewer service reconnections, 22 manholes replacements, 6 sewer main point repairs, and miscellaneous related items. Question Deadline 01/02/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for opening the Bids will not be answered. A Bid Guaranty in the form of a properly executed Bid Bond payable to the City in the amount of not less than 5% of the total base bid amount must accompany each online bid in the form of a scanned electronic copy. (NOTE: If your bid is less than $150,000.00 you may submit a Cashier's Check for not less than 5% of the total base bid amount.) The successful Bidder will be required to deliver the hardcopy Bid Guaranty within five (5) business days. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an Agreement with the City, in the form supplied in the bidding documents, within thirty (30) days after Notice of Award is issued. The City may proceed against a Bid Guaranty unless either: a) the Agreement has been executed by Contractor and Performance, and Labor and Material Payment Bonds have been furnished, as required; or, b) the specified time has elapsed so that Bids may be withdrawn; or, c) the Bid has been rejected. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for opening thereof. The City of Casper, Wyoming, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding; provided, however, that any bid received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered.
