Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Casper, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

Project: HVAC Controls at Crest Hill Elementary School. Mandatory pre-bid meeting at Crest Hill Elementary School. Bidders late to the pre-bid will not be allowed to bid. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the bidding instructions and will be opened publicly. Electronic bidding documents are available from Caspar Building Systems. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid total shall be submitted with proposals at time of bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidders. All current Wyoming Preference Acts, Statutes and Laws shall be in effect. The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid or to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner.
