Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Wentzville, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Design and construction of a new deep water well and necessary appurtenances to produce and treat additional potable water supply for the City's system. The new deep water well and tower storage will allow for production of up to one million gallons per day of additional potable water. This additional supply and storage is necessary to support the continued residential, commercial, and industrial growth demands within the City's water system. This project is proposed to increased storage capacity to 9.3 MG and well capacity to 3 MGD. The project is included in the City's 2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of December 30, 2025, project is funded for design in FY2026 and construction in FY2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
