As of February 03, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 23, 2026. The work includes furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for the ROUND 3 MILL & OVERLAY PROJECT NO. 2026002. Bidders must submit bids on all items of the contract, and the contract will be awarded as a single contract to the lowest responsible bidder. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or Cashier's Check, payable without reserve to the City of Muskogee, in an amount not less than five percent of the total amount of the bid. The required bonds for the contract are a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, and a Maintenance Bond, each in the full amount of the contract. Bids must include all information required by the bid and proposal form, including completion of affidavits, or the bid will be considered incomplete and rejected. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to evaluate bids, to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid.
