New construction of a mixed-use development in New Caney, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and 2,000-square-foot municipal facility.

**As of March 16th,2026 the project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid.** The Scope of Work includes all related items for a new pre-engineered 2,000-square foot metal building featuring offices, conference room, lobby, restrooms, and refreshment center. The work includes select fill under the building slab, reinforced concrete building foundation and slab, metal building, architectural finishes, masonry, glazing, doors and hardware, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and miscellaneous items. Instructions to bidders: Bids must be submitted electronically through CivcastUSA and will not be accepted in physical form. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, for no less than 5 percent of the total bid amount. Bidders must register on the CivcastUSA website to view or download specifications, plans, soils report, and environmental reports. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or the bidding process except for the timing of bid submission.
