**As of March 3rd, 2026, the project was awarded to Gamma Construction, but the awarded amount is not available.** Project includes a New Operations Building, to include operations, maintenance, transportation, food service, and custodial, new warehouse, new freestanding bus wash, and additions to the Mechanic Shop and Tire Storage Building. A Proposal Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount is required. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and waive any informalities, discrepancies or minor irregularities regarding the proposals.
