This request for proposals is a solicitation for offers to provide services to upgrade components of the wastewater SCADA system for the City of Ogallala, NE. The scope includes updating the SCADA system at multiple process areas within the wastewater treatment facility and the main lift station. Work at the Administration Building involves upgrading the existing PLC processor to a L33ER or greater, providing a new desktop SCADA computer with a 24" LED monitor, upgrading VTSCADA software to the latest version with increased tag count, modifying VT SCADA software to add new information as described for each area, upgrading UPS units at both the computer and main PLC, and providing a remote gateway with secure VPN for remote access and support. Vendors are required to provide a quotation for the work and documentation of their qualifications, which will be scored according to the criteria in the Vendor Qualification Scoring section. Proposals must be submitted in four copies, in a sealed envelope marked "Wastewater SCADA System Improvements."
