Replacement Home Project Any interested firms should submit their sealed written bids to the LDF Chippewa Housing Authority, marked as Sealed Bid for the Replacement Home Project at 2788 Wazhashk Tr. Bids can be mailed or hand delivered to the Lac du Flambeau Chippewa Housing Authority. Bid specifications will be available at the Chippewa Housing Authority. For faxed or emailed copies, contact the CHA at 715-588-4503 or wgreene@ldfcha.org. Preference will be given to Native American Contractors with proof of 51% ownership. Any firm wishing to claim Native American preference must indicate so in their bid. The Lac du Flambeau Chippewa Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any informality. Existing home will need to properly demolished , hauled away to a transfer site and replaced from the foundation up due to fire , smoke and water damage . Home is a 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms . Dimensions are 26 ' x 48 ' with a 24'x 24 ' attached garage . All work to be done in accordance with these CHA written specifications , building plans , manufacturer specifications and WI . Uniform Dwelling Codes . Permits- Obtained by CHA . The CHA is requesting sealed written bids for all work prescribed in these written specifications .
