Renovation of a library in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
A Bid Shall Consist of the Following: A Fixed Price for 80,000 Gallons of Propane. The Fixed Price Shall Include the Cost of the Propane, Delivery, Pipeline Tariff, Freight, Any Labor Charges, and Storage for the 2025/2026 School Year (7/1/25-6/30/26). The District Will Prepay the Base Cost ofA Bid Shall Consist of the Following: A Fixed Price for 80,000 Gallons of Propane. The Fixed Price Shall Include the Cost of the Propane, Delivery, Pipeline Tariff, Freight, Any Labor Charges, and Storage for the 2025/2026 School Year (7/1/25-6/30/26). The District Will Prepay the Base Cost of the Propane Within Two Weeks of Acceptance of the Bid. The Differential Cost Shall Be Paid Upon Each Delivery. Propane Delivery Shall Be in Quantities of Ten Thousand Gallons and Shall Be Made Within Three Days of the Owner's Request. Monitor the Above-named Tanks and Guarantee That They Do Not Fall Below 30%. Assume Responsibility for Any Damages Occurring Should the Above Named Tank Run Empty. Annual Inspection of the Propane System in Its Entirety for Compliance and Safety. Any Recommended Upgrades and/or Repairs Are at the Discretion of the Lac Du Flambeau School District and Will Be Awarded to a Qualified Contractor of Choice. Please Include Sanctions or Credits That You Will Issue Should You Fail to Perform According to the Terms of the Agreement. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and Reject Proposals. Faxed Bids Will Be Accepted.
