Lac du Flambeau Gookomis Endaad Residential Treatment Facility Addition Site Address: 3378 North Schilleman Road City: Lac du Flambeau County: Vilas State/Province: WI Est. Completion Date: April 1, 2026 Project consists of a 2,654SF one story addition to the existing Gookomis Endaad Residential Treatment Facility. The addition shall contain a mechanical equipment attic, storage spaces, office rooms, large gathering room, restrooms, and central hallway; and shall consist of frost depth foundation walls, wood framed exterior walls with engineered wood siding, metal stud interior partitions, clad wood exterior windows, and pre-engineered wood truss roof with asphalt shingles. The sitework shall consist of grubbing, excavation, site utilities, regrading, and poured concrete walkways. The landscaping shall consist of soil prepping, seeding, and planting. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract: General Contract (all trades) shall be to furnish all material, labor, equipment and services, including all scheduled allowances, necessary to complete the construction of this project, according to the requirements of the Procurement and Contracting Documents. Question Deadline 03/27/2025 Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
