Completion Date: April 1, 2026 Project consists of a 2,654SF one story addition to the existing Gookomis Endaad Residential Treatment Facility. The addition shall contain a mechanical equipment attic, storage spaces, office rooms, large gathering room, restrooms, and central hallway; and shall consist of frost depth foundation walls, wood framed exterior walls with engineered wood siding, metal stud interior partitions, clad wood exterior windows, and pre-engineered wood truss roof with asphalt shingles. The sitework shall consist of grubbing, excavation, site utilities, regrading, and poured concrete walkways. The landscaping shall consist of soil prepping, seeding, and planting.
