Renovation of a medical facility in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians will receive sealed proposals from qualified, reputable, independent distributors for provision, delivery and installation of a complete digital overhead radiography system, including but not limited to, overhead diagnostic tube and assembly, wall stand and table bucky, and floating patient table suitable for bariatric patients. Bids will be accepted for consideration on any make and model that is equal or superior to the specified KDR FLEX Overhead X-ray System, Dynamic X-ray Ready, as manufactured by Konica Minolta Healthcare Americas, Inc., Wayne, New Jersey. Preference will be given to units having special features for imaging bariatric patients effectively and for minimizing patient radiation dose. The new system shall be delivered to and installed at the Peter Christensen Health Center in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. All labor, components, materials and equipment are to be provided by the successful bidder. The Peter Christensen Health Center would prefer to utilize its present radiography system as a trade-in on a new system. The successful bidder will be required to dismantle and remove the existing system.
