Renovation of a municipal facility in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Proposals from qualified independent contractors for provision of HVAC services at the Tribe's former Bingo Hall and the William Wildcat Sr. Tribal Center, both located on Little Pines Road, in Lac du Flambeau, Wisconsin. Work at the Bingo Hall will include removal and proper disposal of existing furnaces and condensing units and provision and installation of two Trane 20-ton packaged rooftop units near the location of the existing condensing units. Work at the Tribal Center will include provision and installation of two new air handling units and two new condensing units and removal and proper disposal of existing units. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards in the industry. The successful bidder will enter into a contract with the Tribe, and will be expected to begin contract performance as soon as possible. The Tribe reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive technical defects and make the award to the bidder most competent to serve the Tribe's requirements.
