That the Lac Du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Will Receive Sealed Proposals From Independent Contractors for the Provision of High Quality Janitorial Cleaning Services for the Lac Du Flambeau Youth Center. Located at 13708 Youth Center Lane in Lac Du Flambeau, Wisconsin, the Youth Center Provides Alternative, Positive Activities for Youth After School and on Weekends to Ameliorate Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Abuse, and Abate Delinquent Behavior Among Youth on the Lac Du Flambeau Reservation. The 5300 Square Foot Youth Center Includes a Commons Area, Gymnasium, Kitchen, Movie Room, Art Room, Computer Room, Classrooms, an Office, Hallways, and Restrooms. A Site Visit is Recommended. Bidders and Their Staff Will Be Required to Pass a Drug Test and Refrain From the Use or Possession of Illegal Drugs on the Lac Du Flambeau Youth Center Premises, Consistent With Tribal Policy. Additionally, All Persons Working on the Youth Center Premises Must Pass a Background Check. The Successful Bidder Will Enter Into a Janitorial Cleaning Contract With the Youth Center for an Initial Term of One (1) Year, With the Possibility of Renewal for Up to Two (2) Consecutive One (1) Year Terms. Cleaning Services Will Only Be Required During the Academic School Year of the Lac Du Flambeau Elementary School.
